  • No changes can be made once the order is placed.

Delivery Delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear images of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and respond accordingly.
